My purpose

Felix Culpa is a Latin expression composed of Felix “happy or lucky” and culpa “fault or fail”; fortunate fail. The direct meaning comes from a disastrous decision that has very fortunate end consequences.

Theologians say the sin of Adam can be viewed as fortunate because it brought about grace and redemption. In my leadership experience, as I will freely share with you, I have lived the culpa. Today I am in a position to share with you the Felix of leadership.

It is my goal to equip people with the tools necessary to succeed. I am committed to helping others avoid the avoidable, excel as leaders and sleep well at night.

Testimonials

Mary Lynch, Superintendent

Whether you just need administrative advice on your decision about making practices, or could us some solid support in the role that you are serving in, William Browns coaching sessions are inspiring and eye-opening. Whenever I leave one of our coaching sessions, I always feel more empowered as a leader. His knowledge of effective leadership and words of wisdom always help me through the struggles I face as a leader. His ability to put problems or concerns into perspective have helped me through some extremely tough experiences during my administrative travels. Most importantly though, his true calling in life is bringing people together for the good of the cause, the kids. His focus on putting students first in all that we do is always at the forefront of our coaching sessions. Even now as superintendent, Mr. Brown is the first person I think of when in need of any kind of advice, and he always picks up the phone. Whether it’s the weekend or an early Monday morning, he stops what he’s doing and gives me his full attention, and that is hard to come by these days.
